Andrés Chaparro, with more than 20 years of experience in advertising and broadcasting, is the leader of 1903 Media + Strategy.
He is a bilingual (English / Spanish) Media executive with a BA in Marketing and Advertising and is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
